If you have found a property you would like to view, the best way to book viewings is by calling 02085500088 and registering to our systems. We can then arrange a viewing in our 6 day working week.

We check availability with landlords, and/or tenants should they still be living in the property, and then confirm times which work for all parties. You are always met there by one of our team and accompanied around.

Our main marketing method is to use online marketers such as Rightmove. In the most recently quarter, we have record efficiency with our online marketers in all aspects of the market, not just sales.

How longs a piece of string? It is hard to call a single time frame for these things, as it has many depending factors, IE, Mortgage status, is it a cash purchase, is it part of a chain of sales etc. It is always good to familiarize yourself with the process of buying/property sales. Once you have found your ideal home, it's time for you to make an offer for the sellers to consider. Offers must be communicated both verbally, and in writing. Negotiations are done via ourselves, with our negotiators helping guide both buyers and sellers.

Whether for sale or for let, we would conduct a valuation, which will result in a guide price. Off the back of this, you gauge a reasonable figure to charge according t the property itself and the market conditions at the time.
